Pastry Chick who left the trappings of corporate life to pursue a passion to bake.  I love all things baking. Other things I love are: ordering dessert before the entrée, croissants, premium butter, anything with heavy cream (40% only please), reading cookbooks, a great cake pan, cake decorating, eating in NYC, eating out with friends, a fun-filled dinner party, movies, any baking gadget, dogs and tons of other things.  Welcome to my whirl of food!
